1.Board Material: High-quality environmentally friendly melamine boards must be used, with an environmental protection grade of E1. The boards should be wear-resistant, stain-resistant, and high-temperature resistant. The quality must comply with GB 18580-2017 and GB/T15102-2017 standards. The indicators for static bending strength, internal bond strength, surface bond strength, moisture content, screw holding force, surface scratch resistance, surface wear resistance, and surface cigarette burn resistance must meet the inspection standards. The surface corrosion resistance must reach grade five. The board density should be ≥0.63g/cm³, and the screw holding force of the board surface should be ≥1600N and the board edge ≥1000N. Formaldehyde emission should be ≤0.080 mg/m³.

2.Hot Melt Adhesive: High-quality environmentally friendly hot melt adhesive must be used. The quality must comply with GB 18583-2008 "Indoor Decoration and Refurbishment Materials Adhesives with Limited Harmful Substances". The total volatile organic compounds (TVOC) should be ≤5g/kg.

3.Hardware Accessories: High-quality hardware accessories must be used, including rails, door hinges, locks, handles, and three-in-one connectors. These hardware accessories must pass a 100-hour acetic acid salt spray test, with a corrosion resistance grade of 10. The quality must comply with QB/T3827-1999 (2009) "Corrosion Test Methods for Metal Coatings and Chemical Treatment Layers of Light Industrial Products - Acetic Acid Salt Spray Test (ASS) Method" and QB/T3832-1999 (2009) "Evaluation of Corrosion Test Results of Metal Coatings for Light Industry" standards.

4.Edge Banding: High-quality same-color PVC edge banding strips must be used, with a thickness of ≥2.0mm. The surface should be smooth, and the edge banding must be tight and flat. The quality must comply with QB/T 4463-2013 "Technical Requirements for Furniture Edge Banding" standards. The content of phthalates (DBP, BBP, DEHP, DNOP, DINP, and DIDP) should be ≤0.001%, and the product should be formaldehyde-free.

5.Craftsmanship: The tabletop should be 25mm thick, equipped with a 16*8 brushed aluminum cable box. The side cabinet should have a 60mm round cable box, beveled edge banding, standard mechanical code lock, electric radiator, and table legs with a diameter of 50mm and a steel thickness of 1.5mm.
