1.Board Material: High-quality, environmentally friendly melamine board should be used. The environmental protection level must reach E1 level, with wear resistance, stain resistance, and high-temperature resistance. The quality must comply with the standards GB 18580-2017 and GB/T15102-2017. The static bending strength, internal bonding strength, surface bonding strength, moisture content, screw holding force, surface scratch resistance, surface wear resistance, and surface cigarette burn resistance must meet testing standards. The surface pollution resistance must reach level five. The board density should be ≥0.63g/cm³, with screw holding force (surface ≥1600N, edge ≥1000N), and formaldehyde emission should be ≤0.080 mg/m³.

2.Hot Melt Adhesive: High-quality, environmentally friendly hot melt adhesive should be used. The quality must comply with GB 18583-2008 "Limits of Harmful Substances in Adhesives for Interior Decoration Materials," with total volatile organic compounds ≤5g/kg.

3.Hardware Accessories: High-quality hardware accessories must be used, including rails, hinges, locks, handles, and three-in-one connectors. The 100-hour acetic acid salt spray test must be conducted, and the corrosion resistance level must reach level 10. The quality must comply with the standards QB/T3827-1999 (2009) "Test Method for Corrosion Resistance of Light Industrial Metal Coatings and Chemical Treatment Layers by Acetic Acid Salt Spray (ASS) Test" and QB/T3832-1999 (2009) "Evaluation of Corrosion Test Results of Light Industrial Metal Coatings."

4.Edge Banding: High-quality, color-matching PVC edge banding with a thickness of ≥2.0mm should be used. The surface should be smooth, and the edge banding should be tight and flat. The quality must comply with the standard QB/T 4463-2013 "Technical Requirements for Edge Banding Strips for Furniture," with phthalates (DBP, BBP, DEHP, DNOP, DINP, and DIDP) ≤0.001%, and should be formaldehyde-free.

5.Craftsmanship: The desktop should be 25mm thick, with a 45-degree beveled edge. The table legs should have a diameter of 50mm and be 1.5mm thick steel. The desktop should be equipped with a silver rectangular aluminum wire box, tempered glass, a standard mechanical combination lock, and ceramic handles.
