Paint: Uses eco-friendly water-based paint. Color: BMW Gray with silver sparkle (complies with national standards for water-based paint). Hardware: High-quality hardware connectors.
Boss Desk:Standard includes two multifunctional cable boxes (two 3-pin sockets), one USB port with built-in cable hole, and wireless charging functionality.
Standard features include a stylish high-end fingerprint lock.
Upholstery uses imported synthetic leather that is soft, comfortable, and breathable.

Material Selection

Oak Wood: We use oak wood for its rugged texture and high durability. Oak’s strength makes it perfect for constructing large, heavy-duty file cabinets.
High-Pressure Laminate (HPL) Surface: The surface of the file cabinet is treated with HPL, providing high resistance to wear and heat, ensuring longevity and durability.
Wood Preparation

CNC Cutting: We use CNC cutting machines for precise cutting of the wood, ensuring each part is cut to exact dimensions and shapes.
Wood Drying: The wood is dried using either natural or artificial methods to remove moisture, preventing deformation over time.
Assembly Techniques

Mortise and Tenon Joinery: This traditional woodworking technique involves tightly fitting tenons and mortises to securely join wooden parts, enhancing the stability of the file cabinet.
Glue and Screw Fixation: We use eco-friendly glue and screws to further secure the parts, adding to the overall sturdiness of the cabinet.
Surface Treatment

BMW Gray + Walnut Material: Made of high-quality leather, treated for moisture and corrosion resistance, offering strong breathability, soft texture, good luster, and high durability.
Foam: Eco-friendly high-density, high-resilience PU foam, complemented by high-elasticity, fluorine-free shaping foam and multi-layer silk cotton filling. Seat cushion foam density is greater than 40kg/m³, back cushion foam density is greater than 25kg/m³, providing rounded, thick, and elastic comfort.
Inner Frame: Solid wood inner frame with 8-10% moisture content, free from decay and insect damage; features high-strength S-shaped springs and high-elasticity bands for support.
Surface Material: Imported solid oak wood veneer, environmentally friendly to E1 standard; treated for insect and corrosion resistance, offering good durability, clear natural grain, and consistent color.

Upholstery Material: High-quality bonded leather or top-grain cowhide leather finish.
Wood Panels: Environmentally-friendly bent wood, formed in one press, and treated with drying and high-temperature lamination to prevent deformation and mildew.
Foam: High-resilience 45# density virgin foam.
Base: Luxurious base with adjustable features, capable of three-position locking.
Gas Lift: High-quality electroplated gas lift, 65-4 stroke.
Chair Base: High-strength 330# aluminum alloy base, one-piece die-cast, static pressure tested to 1136KG, meeting BIFMA standards.
Casters: 50# silent electroplated casters.
