Under high temperature and pressure, these wood slices are bonded using eco-friendly adhesive, ensuring the board’s high density and stability while minimizing the amount of glue used, thus reducing environmental impact.

Surface Treatment:
The surface of the rosin composite board typically undergoes painting or laminating. During painting, low-VOC (volatile organic compounds) eco-friendly paints are used, or natural wood wax oil is applied for surface protection. This not only enhances the board’s wear resistance but also preserves the natural texture and sheen of the wood. After surface treatment, the board is polished to ensure a smooth and glossy finish, enhancing the product’s texture and aesthetic appeal.
