Cutting and Processing
The first step in manufacturing is cutting and processing the materials:
CNC Cutting: Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines can precisely cut wood, metal, and plastic, ensuring that each component's dimensions and shapes are accurate.
Laser Cutting: Suitable for metal and glass materials, laser cutting can achieve high precision and complex patterns.
Joining and Assembly
After the materials are processed, they need to be joined and assembled:
Wood Joining: Using mortise and tenon joints, glue, and screws to securely join the wood components.
Welding: Used for connecting metal frames to ensure the structure is solid and durable.
Adhesive and Screw Fastening: Glass and plastic parts are usually fixed using adhesives or screws to ensure firm connections.
Surface Treatment
Surface treatment not only enhances the aesthetics of the workstation but also improves its durability:
Painting and Coating: Wood and metal surfaces are usually painted or coated to increase wear resistance and prevent corrosion.
Veneer: Composite board surfaces are covered with high-pressure decorative laminates or melamine boards to enhance appearance and durability.

Locks: For file cabinet security, we choose durable and theft-proof locks.
Handles: Available in various materials and designs, handles are both practical and enhance the cabinet's appearance.
Eco-friendly Glue: Used for bonding panels and surface materials, we use non-toxic, odorless, and environmentally friendly adhesives.
